The SB6000U "Big Boy" follows SMA's pioneering modular PV system string design philosophy for residential, commercial and utility PV installations ranging from 6kW and up. With higher efficiency, lower price per watt, and proven reliability, the Sunny Boy 6000U will once again define the standards that PV professionals have come to expect from SMA products. Automatic grid voltage sensing and self-configuration to the site utility voltage makes installation on almost any utility system trouble-free. Simply wire the inverter into any 240, 208 or 277 Vac utility grid, make one internal jumper setting, and the SB6000U does the rest. As an added advantage, the SB6000U has a new control board that allows for any remote communications option to be used simultaneously with the Sunny Boy Display!
