Ground Mounting System
Our newest addition to the Professional Solar Products PV mounting line is the Ground Trac. Based upon our successful Ground Pro design for swimming pool solar panels, we adapted the idea to include our patentedRoofTrac/Slide-N-Clamp system. We consulted our extrusion design engineers to provide the right size adaptation of the RoofTrac system to provide this solution. We adjusted the size and wall thickness of the RoofTrac support rail to make the spans necessary to properly engineer this new product. As a result the GroundTrac has become an efficient, quick and cost effective way to mount solar modules on the ground.
The GroundTrac system now provides a solution for mounting PV modules on hillsides and the ground in rural areas or where a roof mounted system would not be possible.

Extremely fast installation - greatly reduces labor costs.

All attachment points concealed within channel - provides an attractive and clean appearance.

All fully exposed aluminum channel and clamp sets are fully anodized - makes for an attractive appearance and reduces the chance of degrading the electrical contact between the support racking and the modules.

Specifically engineered to reduce size and number of concrete footings - this results in reduced labor and more efficient use of materials and still meets the 100 mph wind load required by most building departments.
